Phase 1: Structural Integrity & Ultrasonic Paint Thickness Gauge
Our evaluation begins before an engine key is ever turned. Using precision digital ultrasonic coating thickness gauges, our certified technicians measure paint depth across more than 40 benchmark zones on each vehicle. OEM factory paint measures between 90 to 140 microns. Variations exceeding 180 microns immediately expose bodywork filler or repainted panels.
Phase 2: Powertrain & Transmission Health
Using manufacturer-tier diagnostic systems (Mercedes Xentry, BMW ISTA/D, Audi ODIS, Porsche PIWIS), we read all vehicle control modules:
- Odometer synchronization across the ECU, TCU, Instrument Cluster, and Key Fob data banks to detect any tampering.
- Clutch wear index and fluid temperature histories in dual-clutch transmissions.
- Turbocharger boost pressure consistency under sustained load.
- Fuel rail pressure and injector balance rates.
Phase 3: Chassis, Air Suspension & Braking
On our hydraulic lift, all ball joints, control arms, sway bar links, and active dampers are inspected. For vehicles equipped with air suspension (Airmatic, Adaptive Air Suspension), overnight leak-down tests ensure zero pressure drops across all four corners.
